Question Herbal tea ?

I searched thru the forum a little, but was unable to find a quick answer for this. I know you have to drink more water if you drink something with caffeine in it, but does the same hold true for herbal teas with no caffeine? Hands down, my biggest challenge is getting all that water in--I've never been one to drink a lot, and I forget about it. So if I could count my herbal tea in that water count, that would be great.

FYI, the Cinnamon Apple Spice and Sweet Coconut Thai Chai tea (both caffeine-free) from Celestial Seasons are awesome!

I consider caffeine free teas part of my daily water.

Caffeine free teas can be counted in your water allotment for the day, only caffeinated drinks need to be offset with extra water
