My coach does a weigh every visit, but doesn't measure or check BMI, etc. every time. She measures every 2 or 3 times, and did a BMI just once in 6 weeks.
My friend in another state says her coach has a scale attached to a computer and every weigh-in gives her BMI, muscle mass, etc... And her coach measures every visit. My coach likes to use a basic scale that just provides weight, nothing more. And when she does pull out her other scale, it's not attached to her computer or anything.
Just curious which is more typical - a coach like mine or a coach like my friend's?
I get weighed and measured on every visit. The fat mass gadget that they use at mine isnt accurate so I don't use it anymore. It gives a very inaccurate picture of what is going on
My coach does weight/measurement and her scale does a printout with BMI, lean mass, hydration, actual weight, fat & and other stuff. The reading is taken through sensors on the foot pad.
I have excellent coaches actually two of them, I get weighed, BMI checked, measured, and discuss my past menu and how im doing overall, they are great caring but not pushy at all, if I could give them the best coaches award I would! So sorry for those of you who don't have such a great coach, but you know you have a great program that works so take what you learn here and share with them, my coaches love what I share from 3fc.
