Breakfast: IP Peanut butter crunch bar & a big ol' Americano

Lunch: 2 cups of raw baby spinach, seasoned with a small amount of olive oil and a few shakes of table pepper. I added 5oz of roasted chicken breast to the top of it. ... not the most delicious thing ever, but I got it down. LOL

Dinner: Miracle noodle & veggies stir fried with a small amount of remaining chicken breast

Snack: IP shake, made into a "milkshake"

I made the soup using 4oz of HOT water, stirred then added 1/2 of mashed cauliflower to the soup. I also added some Kernel Season's Nacho Cheddar popcorn seasoning to give it a cheddar potato soup taste. It will be a regular for me now! Loved it! Next time I may add a sprinkle of green onions to it.
