Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.

For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.

2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

Good morning!! I wrote about this last night and I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing. They are doing an overhaul at my IP office. Everyone there is losing their jobs and they're bringing in all new staff. I'm not happy about it, I love my coaches!!

I am so excited this morning. I had my week 7 WI this morning and I lost 3 lb. I wasn't expecting that much because I just didn't feel like I had lost any and it's TOM. I'm most excited about being in the 180's. 170's here I come! Everyone has been such an inspiration and has been my motivation to keep 100% for 7 weeks. I know I will reach my goal on this plan.

Good morning everyone!

Its been a while. Anyway, I've been using Wonderslim products, and while most of them taste great, I haven't noticed any weight loss yet. I'm hoping I'll weigh myself next week and have a surprise. The only problem I have with their products is that the strawberry yogurt smoothie is a best gross. Otherwise its all good.

Since stalling for a month, I decided I need a reboot and I headed back to my coach last week. It feels sooo right to be back on IP products after doing alternatives on my own for 4 months and losing 61 lbs. I felt I needed help before I got derailed! This weeks first WI with my coach: I lost 12.5 lbs!!!!!!

Checking in to say Good Morning! After only 5 days back OP since vacation, I've lost 5 of the 6lbs I gained on the cruise. Very happy about that. And I'm feeling sooooooo much better than I did with all that sugar in my system. Please God let me remember how bad I felt the next time I think I want dessert after dinner every night for a week. Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi all, I'm on my second week and am already feeling stalled. I learned that any cheating slows you down. The good news is I had not one bite of Halloween candy lol! Baby steps count right?
