I don't think 110 is an extreme weight for someone who is only 5'. I would just say you better be careful to do weight bearing exercise (which it sounds like you do) because of the loss of bone density as you get older.

Doctors appt made for 2 weeks from today - that's the first slot she had open which is pretty much the norm. As well I havent had a headache since I started this thread nor taken any meds. Murphy's Law. And coincidentally or not I had my first BM in about 5 days last night too - maybe it's related, I'll ask my doc when I see her.

Just had to say that for the first two months or so I had horrible headaches also. Thought my head would explode, just like you said. They did go away - still don't know why I was getting them. Seems like they had to be IP related - not neceesarily caused by IP - maybe my body detoxing? Not sure. I also had very little energy for a long time - 4 months maybe, but I feel great now. I am glad you are going to the doc. I got checked out too, and everything was normal - actually better than normal. Sorry I don't have answers - just wanted to say that I experienced some of the same things.

Last time I went on a diet. I cut all the caffine and I paid for it. Weeks of headaches. After a while they subsided. I found Rockstar energy and recovery this time. It is sweetened with surclose and has a lemonaide flavor. Not overly sweet like many of the energy drinks out there. I am a coffeeholic. I am on day 2 of the IP with no headaches!!

I was on the same boat as you constant Migraines like 4-5 times a week. The doctors always told me its because i moved to Calgary with the Chinook winds. But it got to a point that i couldn't focus at my job. i work in the ICU. so i was so frustrated at this time because this doc was saying it was normal so i went in to a different doctor (A Girl) and I found out my hormonal level was way to high which was causing me these excruciating migraines. I was on the pill so she told me to stop the pill ASAP and within 2 weeks my migraines have stopped and i haven't had a migraine for months. And yes i know the the diet affected the pill and canceled it out pretty much anyways so i am using extra precaution till i am ready for kids (Which will probably be when i loose weight) so that was my problem was my hormonal level
