How do you measure a cup of cooked rutabaga? Best I can tell, it is equivalant to two cups of raw. I had two cups yesterday for lunch, so I assummed this was all the vegetables I should eat. Correct?
Also, is it within guidlines to have it again this week? (my new favorite vegetable

) or do you count my "serving" as "twice" because of the quanity?
