Wow...1st Weigh In was today!!

    I am so pleasantly surprised!! Today was my first WI and I lost 11.25 pounds, and 5 inches!! I couldn't believe it. Talk about more motivation to continue on, and to keep making the hard choices I have to tell my 3chicks community, b/c the only other person I've told so far just kept saying that it couldn't be safe and so on Can't wait to tell my hubby/family!! Just had to share....I love the NSV, so I'm looking forward to those as well. Have a wonderful day everyone
