OK - I am so HOOKED! My first weigh in I lost 7 pounds my second (today) another 4.5. In another week I will weigh less than I have since I was 5 months pregant with my now 16 year old!!! This is a crazy diet that doesn't seem that hard to follow...now that I am in week 3 I get these ah-mazin things called White Cheddar something or others and I am so happy I don't know what to do! LOL!

Lost 3.75 pounds and 2 more inches! Love this program!

WI 15 yesterday -6. I am back on track after being off thyroid medication for 2 weeks for my annual scan. So glad to be back 100% I only had a net gain of 1# during my 2 weeks off of medicine. This was great. In past years I would gain by breathing food aromas. It's gone plus some more.

I'm down 22 pounds since August 20th and I just can't believe it! I'm sooooo happy! I kinda want to tell everyone about this diet, but that would be inappropriate!!! ;)

Did you see the STOP post I posted a few post above...I LIVE by that! those Kisses didn't just LAND in your hand, You had to GRAB them, unwrap them then put them in your mouth...its about CONTROLLING what you put in your mouth. You had plenty of time to "talk" yourself out of eating those.... Just something to think about

Sooooo true!!! Food has to be gotten. It doesn't get us. We have to get it. So true Wuv!!

He is really a very funny kid and we have a great relationship. Today, he finished an assignment and suddenly began looking me up and down, up and down, up and down. Seriously it was like 20 times. He said, "well, she does listen to my words of wisdom." I laughed so hard. It really is his way of complimenting me. Made my day. My good friend and coworker made me my very own READ poster I thought I would share. This pic was 15 pounds ago but I am still proud. I am so happy I found IP. :)

You guys are too much :) but THANK YOU for the confidence boost! I kinda stink at taking compliments (many years of putting myself down if someone said something nice about me)...so I'm trying to get better about that.

I've read other people post how they didn't recognize themselves in the mirror or in pictures after weight loss - didn't really understand until I saw that picture. I fell into the category of "no idea just how big I had gotten" before starting IP. NOW I see very clearly how far I fell...and I am NEVER going back! :)

You look awesome! I didn't recognize it was you until another user mentioned it.

I had my third WI -- down another 2.2 pounds, and that was after eating 4 oz of steak and broccoli for lunch, making it a total of over 9lbs in 3 weeks. My losses haven't been too big, but they're still more than anything I managed on diet programs in that short of time!

I tried the strawberry wafer today -- what took me so long?! I also hear there is an alternative version that is non-restricted... Where do I find this wonderful thing?

I can imagine that you would be very disappointed. All I can say is that my husband who is..or was at the time was diagnosed with high cholesterol when he was 24 so that was 14 years ago at the time he was still active duty running all the time and eating right. In all the years since nothing has helped except Zocor and so he takes it every day and if he does his numbers stay normal and if he stops even briefly they shoot back up again. His parents are like that too. I on the other hand can do whatever I like and weigh what I do and my numbers are ideal I think it's just all about genetics really.

Thanks for all the welcome backs :) DH and I are so broke it's a joke (haha, get it?) and while a lot of aspects of life have calmed down, it's almost worse without the chaos. I'm used to the chaos, it's normal to me. Oh well, did pretty well today, and am prepared to face the scale come Monday, **** or high water, and let ya'll know what I'm at...officially.

I DID realize that thinking of Monday as Week 25 is really depressing, so it's going to be Week 1, Year 28. I turn 28 on Sunday this weekend (Oct 14) and what a better chance to start over new.

Off to bed, night guys.
