I was hoping you all could help me compile a list of the "extras" that are available and legal for PHASE 1 of IP.
all the things besides your meat, veggies and IP products
*being in moderation but okay for a meal or two a week
My list starts out so far:

Land o lakes sprinkle butter
MiO drink flavorings
Torani Sugar free syrups
Heinz sugar free ketchup*
Mt Olive Bread&Butter pickles made with splenda
Bragg's Amino Acids (soy sauce substitute)
