I totally read just the other day someone say in a post here something along the lines of "up to [some weight, lets say for the sake of example 200 lbs, although I have in mind 180lbs for some reason...] it's 3 packets per day; add 1 packet for each 40 lbs above that weight." I don't think there was mention of height or male/female difference in protein amounts. Have no idea where I read this (I know it was in this forum though).
