Talking New Here! I am so hungry!

Hi everybody. I am inspired by many of your victories and feel that I am already on my way to my own as I have lost 18 lbs. since 9/21. I know that's going to taper off. Anyway, hi to all of you and I'm so glad to have this forum. Can't wait to try the Big Mac in a bowl!!

Well hi to you back! We are glad to have you here and I hope that you'll feel the same support and caring that I have in the past few months. Good luck on your journey, and remember most of us have been where you are, no matter the issue, at some point. Asking questions is always a good thing, and this forum is full of resources.

Enjoy your big mac in a bowl, it's one of my favorite things to eat.

Welcome! Hang in there. When you get hungry, drink a cup of hot herbal tea. Hot liquids make you feel full!

You are doing so well and you are an inspiration to me. I have hungry times as well. I use the one crystal light drink a day to get me filled up. I never thought that a glass of crystal light would fill me but I guess when your body's thinks its starving anything will do

Hello everyone! Happy Thanksgiving!! I felt the same way too sometimes getting hungry between meals, especially between lunch and supper. What I found has helped my is having an once of meat in the morning (which I subtract from supper protein) with 2 egg whites scrambled (and sometimes 2 cups of cooked spinach) for breakfast and then hold off on my first IP untill I feel hungry again stretching out my meals. This has really helped my when I am working my 12hour shifts where I am running most of the time.

This is just what I do, everyone has to make the diet work for them but I thought sharing may help someone else who is struggling.
