Hello, I'm a newbie. I would like to know if anyone is currently using the Power Plate while on IP. I found some old Threads on the topic, but nothing current. I'm wanting to lose around 80 lbs (maybe more!) and hoping to find something that can help me tone my body (and possibly reduce cellulite) while in conjunction with IP.
Is anyone currently using Power Plate?
Have you noticed a difference in reduced cellulite/toner body?
How long have you been using the Power Plate?
What do you most like/dislike about the Power Plate?
