When are you taking your supplements? After a shake?

Maybe a dumb question but did this happen suddenly .. maybe pregnant?

I take my pills after eating, and I'm currently menstruating.

Maybe try doing 1 specific veggie each day (it might be boring but ...) to see if there's something with the veggies. I do know people who have a high sensitivity to lettuce and leafy greens so maybe cut those out until you determine what's making you sick. Definitely taking enough water when taking the supplements?

This happens to me if I take the multi-vita with breakfast, moved it to lunch with no issues.
