Thought I'd get the ball rolling :)
Breakfast: ProtiDiet crunchy cereal caramel bar, coffee w/2oz Pure Protein vanilla creme RTD Lunch: Mushroom soup with sauteed mushrooms & cauliflower Dinner: Crockpot pork roast with rutabaga & steamed zucchini; margarita pudding for dessert! Snack: Health Wise Amaretto cappuccino in 1c coffee |
Phase One
Breakfast: IP Capuccino drink in coffee Lunch: Tuna, lettuce, onion, green and red pepper, WF Balsamic Dinner: Either SW protein curls or BBQ soy nuts (I got a box of each today and haven't tried either yet, so it will be something new), dill pickles Snack: IP Chocolate drink with WF caramel syrup |
B: egg whites with veggie shreds, coffee w/ 2 T premier vanilla
B2: ProtiDiet hazelnut bar L: ProtiDiet cream of chicken w/ mashed cauliflower S: chocolate premier shake w/ coffee D: crockpot roast beef, sauteed zucchini |
B: IP Vanilla drink with coffee, cinnamon and pumpkin spice
Haven't even thought about my other meals yet, need to go grocery shopping. |

Breakfast@8am: Pumpkin Custard Crumble fruit: 7.5oz canned pumpkin dairy: 1/2c low-fat cottage cheese protein: 2 eggs + 4oz egg whites grain: 1/4c granola Lunch@1pm: Meat & Veggies Pork Fajita (leftovers) Roasted Cauliflower & Garlic Puree Snack@5pm: Zucchini-Lime Sorbet EAS Carb Control Vanilla RTD Blended & Frozen Zucchini + Lime Juice Walk 2miles @ 6pm Dinner@8pm: ?? |
Wow...I see some yummy stuff on the menu today...from Rainbow's red velvet doughnuts to Scorbetts margaritta pudding!!
Phase 1: B - IP Chocolate muffin; green tea L - IP Chicken soup; Lettuce w/ 2 cups cucumbers & onion S - 2 egg whites D - 7 oz chicken wrap w/ 2 cups veggies S - IP Vanilla pudding **BTW, I think that the mushrooms were giving me the stomach problems I had. I haven't had them for a couple of days & have been much better...can even teach without being in pain!! I may add them one evening to see if that is it...or maybe it was the flu. |
