End of week 2 (IP on my own using alternate products)
11 pounds lost 197 start 186 current 165 first goal (this is where I was for a long time) 155 final goal Ideally I want to get to 155 then exercise/muscle build to be no more than 160-165 |
5 months exactly as of today :) No clue, how many weeks though :dizzy:
47 lbs lost total 208 start 161.5 current 135/40 goal -- not sure of this yet as I have no adult goal weight, I only remember being about 130ish in my late teens 5' 5'' short 26 yrs in Dec -- was hoping to be at goal then, probably not gonna happen with my 10lbs/month average and very occasional special occasion cheats |

17 lbs lost 247 start 230 current 150 goal (mini goal: -30 for Christmas and surprising relatives that I haven't seen in a while!) So far, really lovin' this program! I've never been on a program that has worked as well for me. |
