Yes, I am on Phase 1. Thanks for telling me that. My coach never said how much, just to limit tomatoes to twice a week! So I assumed that that it meant 2 cups and meaning 4 cups per week! Worse off, I had this exact same thing last night! Whoops! So I really blew it!
