Default What a Day

First made hashbrowns, bacon, eggs and toast for the family. I had a cookies and cream bar.

Then off to my sons football game. I took an ice chest with a vanilla RTD, a bag of cut up veggies and 32 oz of water.

Next we went to the harvest festival. My family had gyros and fresh french fries, which I carried to the table.....they smelled so good. But after that I came home ate 6 oz of steak and broiled some veggies. I will soon be having my raspberry jelly.

A successful day. It wasn't easy but it will be worth it on weight in day!

Great job. That's what gets me threw is the weight that keeps coming off just staying with the program. Good luck.
