Hi Shamrock1973! Right now you should prepare yourself for a reboot. Head back to P1 to get down to your ideal weight. Next phase off as appropriately (2 weeks P2 and 2 weeks P3). Finally follow P4 accordingly!
Maintenance is hard work and you have to make it a habit. I've been in P4 since April, did a minor reboot and am finally feeling pretty confident about it. I'm still learning how to do P4 successfully. You too can do it!!!
So, basically do a reboot and follow the plan!!! It really does work!!!
