Way to go Darbs! According to my coach, gaining is actually to be expected, it's getting to it quickly like you did, before it's out of hand. I'm really impressed you went 18 months without any gaining. That gives me a little more confidence in the maintenance phase.

So I'm in P3 for one more day and it's been interesting how my body is still changing. I don't think I'm gaining or losing but things are still "rearranging" a bit. In a good way of course, so I'm not complaining - I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this?

Yes. It continues for a while.

This happened with me too.

Darbs- congrats! That is a fantastic drop- and I can practically 'hear' your happiness... Keep it up- we'll be there before we know it ;)
Ishbel- I love that your fiancée is so supportive! It really does make things so much simpler when your support system is on the same page you are. My hubby is finally coming round a bit for our children's sake and is making a concerted effort to make healthier choices... And backing me when I enforce those choices with the kids.
I look forward to phase 4 a lot more now that I know everyone in my family will be on it with me ;)
Maile- I feel much the same as you that IP laid out a very good maintenance plan that works very well... Especially when it is strongly adhered to :)
Jenny- good for you for holding steady through the tailgating!
I woke up feeling awesome today. I think a full 8 hours sleep really helped. Had a great workout and waiting for the phone man to show up and fix our line. The sun is shining- hopefully the kids & I will be able to go for a walk later when the little man wakes up from his nap... We have to feed the pig. First time having a pig but I'm loving not throwing any food away- it just all goes to her- she loves leftovers.

I only maintained for 8 months perfect...then an extended trip at the end of that month put on 6 which I did not take off...then in month 9...an extended trip put on 3 I did not take off and then in month 13 I put on 10 (12 day trip to Vegas) and never took that off.....before those times I always followed my trips with phase 1 days (equal number to the trip) and keep at goal. So here I am at month 18 in maintenance and as of this morning about 9 pounds above my goal weight.

Thanks...this site is a major reason for my lifelong change

Darbs: You are doing great on your reboot. You will hit your goal soon. Ip packets do work.

Jenny: great job of staying on during the tailgate party and on losing!

Healthyangle: I agree with not getting your hopes up.LOL.

Locopollo and Ishbel: Thrift stores are tricky. Sometimes you find nothing and then there is a great name brand piece!

Ishbel: I am happy your fiancee has lost 20 pounds on alternatives!!!

Cap: you are waking up happy because you had sleep and because you are staying focused!! Hope your week is going well.

Today I am wearing fuchia leggings. I am sure my husband is going to make a comment like..that sure is bright! I love hume leggings.

jennydoodle 10-16-2012 08:50 AM

Angie- yes, your body will continue to shift for months and people will probably ask if you are losing more weight. And no, you probably won't get the girls back...

healthyangie 10-16-2012 09:07 AM

So I guess it's a trip to Victoria's to help the girls out :D

For a bit of hope for others, they're perking up "just a little bit" - but they're still oh so tiny!

Hey - at least they can only sag so far when I get older

healthyangie 10-16-2012 09:11 AM

Or banff. Many of my friend have gone there and the surgeon there is supposed to be top notch!

I have almost nothing left. Definitely don't need a bra under my lulu tops anymore! But that's why. Here is Victoria's Secret!
