Default learned the hard way

So i recently started donating plazma. So after i finished my donation today i was waiting for an answer to a question and started feeling hot and dizzy. Next thing i know there is a lady standing over me asking if i could hear her and see her and i was on the floor. I passed out. They kept me a while and needed me to eat something before they would let me go. So they gave me a small packet of goldfish crackers. Is eating those going to knock me out of ketosis?

I am no expert but I don't think it will! Just get back on plan and I hope you are ok!

If you're passing out I think the last thing you should worry about is your diet!

Don't worry about the extra carbs, you needed them.
