I am starting early this am - only 1lb lost this week (probably the 3 strips of bacon on Sunday and the light cream in my coffee...oh well, this is a new week!)
B: Coffee with splash IP Vanilla RTD, 2 hb egg whites
B#2: IP vanilla pudding
L: Chicken a la King, 2 c cukes with EVOO and salt
D: Not sure...possibly tofu w/mushrooms/peppers
S: IP chocolate drink
possibly a couple of hb egg whites in case I get hungry between lunch and dinner.
Bkfast: Iced coffe w/splash IP RTD Vanilla and IP Lemon Bar
Lunch: Big Mac in Bowl (so good yesterday having again today) w/2 cups marinated veggies
Afternoon Snack: IP RTD Chocolate
Dinner: Leftover Jap/Citrus grill chicken w/2 c sauteed spinach
Evening Snack: Not sure yet. IP non-restricted something
B: Wildberry yogurt drink
L: Broccoli and cheese soup with cauliflower, also dill pickles and cucumber (seperately) LOL, not in the soup
D: Pork loin and some type of veggie, possibly spinach
S: Milk chocolate pudding

Lunch: Salad w/1-1/2C of raw broccoli, 1/2 sliced cucumbers, IP chocolate drink
Snack: IP Lemon Puding
Dinner: Not sure, but broccoli some grilled chicken with 2 c/zucchini or steamed broccoli
B - IP Dark Chocolate Pudding; green tea
L - IP S & V Ridges; Lettuce w/2 c. veggies
S - 2 egg whites
D - 7 oz chicken/lettuce wrap; 2 c. veggies
S - IP Vanilla Pudding
B: IP cereal pancake with WF syrup and strawberry jam
L: IP omlette with broc and cauliflower, pickles on side
D: BBQ pork with kohlrabi and salad
S: IP peanut bar
Breakfast: IP Vanilla drink with coffee and Torani Pumpkin Pie syrup (sugar free) and cinnamon
Lunch: Tuna on lettuce with onion and green and red pepper, WF Balsamic, dill pickles
Dinner: IP Veg Chili over lettuce with onion and red and green pepper, dill pickles
Snack: Probably will be an IP Chocolate RM drink or if I feel like making it, an IP chocolate drink heated with WF carmel syrup
Breakfast--crispy cereal/wildberry yogurt pancakes
Snack--jicama with cinnamon and splenda
Lunch--Salad and strawberry wafer bar
Dinner--something with ground beef. Can't decide
Snack--chocolate pudding
