P.S. - I'm copying a link below that goes to one of my blog pages connecting to a The Simply Bar product page. It shows several different varieties of the bar - just click on each nutrition info link for complete info on each of them - I just took a quick look and so far imo all of the ones I clicked on could be considered unrestricteds. http://www.wellnessfoods.ca/thesimplybar-products.html

I bought ALL boxes of the flavours -- yep-- have 75 simply bars in my stash -- I'm like an "extreme coupon" person. SO if you need any nutritional info, just ask :) The bars are like eating a rice krispie, with just variations on the flavour. They're not bad but not as gooey or yummy as something with choc and caramel! LOL Still, they were cheaper and some are closer to being non-restricted than others, but still way less carbs than most bars

Healthwise-healthsmart cinnamon vanilla cereal is only 7 carbs and good to munch on.

i nibble on these when watching tv, or playing board games or any time i am around others snacking on the foods i don't eat!! they are tiny and easy to eat slowly!!
nice and portable too!!

Wow. I'm marveling at this simple but creative solution! :) Thanks for the tip, rainbowsmiles! :)
