Hello all. So I am new to this forum, and first time to post. Not sure how males are on here, but that's besides the point. Today I think I may have ate beef that was marinated with a little sugar. I am in phase 1 and really don't want to start over if I in fact did eat sugar. Has this happened to anyone before? Will just a tiny amount of sugar shock your body do that you have to start over?

If it was a bit in marinade it likely won't make a difference.
besides you don't really know if you did actually have sugar and nothing you can do about it but avoid it in the future. Just keep on keeping on. It will all work out.

Jug - Patns is right - there's really nothing you can do about it now, just be sure to stay 100% OP from here on out. Sometimes it's hard to know, especially when eating out, that there's nothing extra in there... (even if you ask). I say accept the things you can't change, and change the things you can...
