BREKKiE: Mocha Frappuccino, 1 egg 1 turkey sausage (work out day)
SNACK: Coco-Roca Protein Shake (after 15 mile bike ride pick me up protein drink)
LUNCH: Chicken Noodle Soup with Broccoli, Squash Chips
SUPPER: OUTBACK: Victorias 9 oz filet (brought home 3 oz) steamed broccoli, squash and snap peas (double sized and half brought home for lunch tomorrow woot woot)
SNACK: coffee with 2 oz milk

I want what rainbow is having today, but no chance of cooking until dinner tonight.

Instead I am having...

Breakfast: coffee w/ 1 oz milk, Cappucino drink
Snack: Chocolate soy snacks
Lunch: Salad (lettuce, spinach, red cabbage, peppers and WF italian dressing) & chocolate pudding
Dinner: steak and roasted cauli

Breakfast@8am: Quinoa Pudding
1 grain: 1/4 cup Quinoa
1 dairy: 1/2 cup Almond Milk + 2 oz NF Evaporated Milk
1 fruit: 1 Granny Smith Apple, diced
1 protein: 2 Eggs + 4oz Egg Whites

Lunch@12pm: 8oz protein + 2 cups veggies
NY Strip + 3 shrimp
Sauteed Zucchini + Roasted Cauliflower
^^score for the work cafeteria! It was the priciest item on the lunch menu, but why not!

Snack@4pm: Restricted + Cucumber-Lime Sherbet
IP Caramel Nut Bar
Cucumber + 3 Limes
1/2 packet Gelatin
1/2 cup Almond Milk
4 tbsp Sweetener

20-minute Elliptical+Bodypump@6:15-7:30pm

Dinner@8pm: 8oz protein + 2 cups veggies

Dinner- leftover steak and veggie TBD (probably mushrooms and green peppers)

D: Pulled pork (pork loin in crock pot, shred the meat, season to taste with WF Honey BBQ sauce. I'm making 3 lbs worth, 3 meal portions for my husband and I), red cabbage slaw with WF cole slaw dressing

Just curious about how the WF cole slaw dressing is. I have a fridge full of WF stuff that I really don't care for. I'm saving them in case I find recipes I can use them in.

Breakfast: Vanilla coffee shake

Lunch: 1 egg and 1 ew omelet with 2 c. raw spinach steamed

Snack: pina colada shake

Dinner: chicken with spinach and romaine lettuce

Snack: vanilla shake with lemon crystal light

Liz, I am saving every one of your menus for when I am in Phase 3!!!

Breakfast: Proti-Diet apple cinnamon oatmeal, coffee

Lunch: romaine salad w/zucchini & mushrooms, WF Sweet Jersey Onion dressing; IP white cheddar ridges

*walked to & from my SIL's house pulling a wagon with the boys for a playdate* - EAS AdvantEDGE chocolate RTD after getting home from walking/hauling children :)

Dinner: If we get home in time, chicken veggie stir fry (rice for the boys, miracle noodles for me). If not, Applebees dinner!

Snack: Vanilla latte (vanilla pudding mixed with 6oz water, 1 cup hot coffee, sprinkle of cinnamon on top)

Phase 1, Week 40...My last week on P1!
Breakfast--peanut butter crunch bar, coffee, 1 oz skim milk
Lunch--lettuce, 1 cup cucumbers, 1 cup celery, olive oil
Dinner--8 oz lean ground beef patties, lettuce, 1 cup cucumbers, 1 cup celery
Snack--cappuccino drink mix, decaf espresso
