Do any of you workout on a daily/weekly basis? I know they say no exercise but I went jogging today and it felt so great and I want to keep doing it. Thoughts?

I've been working out the last 5-6 weeks....didn't do anything much the first 3-4 weeks. But I too feel good and that makes me want to be active. I am trying to balance exercise and eating a bit more - like an extra egg, packet etc. And, trying keep muscle but losing fat. I might not lose huge amounts each week, but as long as I keep going down, I am ok with that. Good luck to you.

I really didn't feel like doing any kind of exercise the first 4 weeks. I was wiped out. My weightloss has now slowed (darn it!) and I feel like I'm getting my mojo back. I'm a swimmer and for the last 2 days I've finally gotten back to doing my laps! The first few weeks i would go in and sort of flap around but all of a sudden I feel like I have to move! It just felt right. I'm not an obsessive exercise person. So I'm guessing that my body must be trying to tell me something.

Yup. I have exercised regularly the whole time on ip. Usually around 60 mins of a bootcamp type workout. I did this before ip as well.

I was a bit tirder and sore the first week, but no real issues since. If I don't get in my potassium I cramp!

Your coach should monitor you lean muscle mass and ensure you aren't losing too much muscle

i walk every single day for 30 minutes at a brisk speedwalk pace at 3.2 mph and i burn 160 calories and keep my heart rate up between 150-170. I do take a break every few days to allow my body to rest.

I didn't workout for about the first month, just too tired. Then I started to feel the need to move. I now lift weights 3x per week and walk 30 minutes most days.

My coach yesterday told me yesterday "Now you know, we need to talk about getting more active over the next little while to keep those muscles toned". I have a pilates class coming in the fall, once a week, and she thought that was a great way to work on toning and was very happy that "we" decided I would be joining. LOL
