Stuck

Good morning everyone! Well my first Goal is onederland and I have been stuck at 201.6 for 4-5 days and I just want to see 199 so bad it is driving me batty. I have done a few searches on how to deal with this and for some reason I am coming up empty. I know in the past I seen them but no luck finding them when searching. Any one have a link? Or advise to help get the scale to move a little? Should I cut out the restricted?

I've always found the restricteds once a day really never hurt me, but you could not eat them for a few days to lower down your carbs and see if that helps. I remember crossing over into onederland took longer than average for me, and it was VERY frustrating. My body always seems to fight me when it's time to cross over into the next lower decade, but hang in there and you will win, I promise.

my coach said to cut out restricted for a week to see a major jump.

I have had a 4lb gain that i held on to for 6 days before, i stuck to the sheet and was rewarded with a 2 day whooshfest that resulted in a 3lb loss overall. My advice is to stick to the sheet, review your food journal, make sure you account for all extras & activity level, and make tweaks accordingly.

It would be interesting to see if that really happens. Most people post on here that it doesn't make much difference at all but lots of coaches seem to advise that.

Many people say sticking to the sheet as outlined works best in the long run.

And stay off the scale! It is driving you crazy for no good reason.

WOW, you lost 39 pounds since you started??? I am amazed!!! You will get to onederland soon... Your body has been through a lot in a short time!
