Default Book recommendations?
I am wanting to read more into everything lately and I just read the book Why we get fat by Gary Taubes and I thought it was great! does anyone know of any?

His is about the best book out there in my opinion. Can't recommend anything better than his book. Check out his blog online too.

Read his first book-good calories bad calories. Wheat belly is pretty good too.
And protein power, plus the blog of micheal eades are excellent.
