Chicken soup with 1 c mashed cauliflower and lots of curry powder
Simply bar-chocolate cocoa
Chicken skewers with lemon and Greek seasoning, grilled Zuchinni and asparagus
I will do 60 minutes of weightlifting, so I will have an extra whey protein shake (0 carb) at either 4 or before bed, depending on how hungry I am.
Breakfast: Pure Protein Bar
Lunch: Salad I bought at Safeway... Forgot my shakes
Dinner: Roasted Chicken and Green Beans
Snack: Beef Jerky
Snack: Rhubarb Ice Cream
B: Protidiet cappucino mixed in my coffee, 1 oz skim milk, 1 tbsp WF carmel
L: Premier Protein chocolate drink, 2 c cukes, salad
S: Protithin chocolate soy snacks, HB egg
D: trying the big mac in a bowl! and roasted broccoli.
I need this recipe-rhubarb is my favorite! Can you post it or a link please?
Breakfast: Cappuccino drink
Lunch: spaghetti w/salad - have not decided on my veggies yet
Dinner- burger wrapped w/ lettuce and grilled zukes
snack- rasp. jelly

Breakfast: IP cappuccino shake blended with spinach, WF choc syrup, black coffee and ice Lunch: IP Southwest snack and spinach/green pepp/cucumber salad with WF dressing Dinner: buffalo chicken salad with WF blue cheese dressing OR ground beef in WF tomato basil over Miracle noodles Snack: Dark chocholate pudding (if I am still at work) OR baked rhubard with WF strawberry jam for dessert at home
...I just can't predict when I will want my snack today :-)

Lunch: raspberry jello w/ 2 cups of assorted veggies
Dinner: chicken breast with salad and steamed veggies (getting tired of this, thank god its my friday!! its the easiest thing to bring to work)
