I want to change my IP provider for one closer to me. The one nearest to my house wants to charge a $75 transfer fee.

Has anyone else encountered that?

Thanks. I went ahead and did it. She was incredibly professional and reasoned it was just the cost of starting over. I was in there for 2 hours, so it was worth it!

I switched clinics in July and did not have a transfer fee. The second one is so much better. I would have paid if I needed to though!
