I have lost all 15 pounds above my waste. My neck, chest and arms have seen the most results. I have yet to drop a pants size (barely down an inch in the hips, but my shirts are definitely loose.
My thighs and arms seem to be the slowest at getting the message. I've lost a ton in my belly (around my bellybutton line, where my coach never measures of course!!) but I know my waist is getting smaller and my back/bust is thinning out.
I am losing from the top down. I am not seeing big results in my legs yet which is really where I want to lose! I have lost most in my waist and bust (YAY!) My face is looking much skinnier too. Come on butt and legs! Catch up!
My biggest loss of inches, 4.5, has been around my hips. Which is really funny because that's not my worst problem area! My worst problem area is my waist from which I've lost 3.5 inches. I've lost 2 inches from my arms and 1 inch from my thighs.
I do struggle a bit though with the measurements. I measure myself and I'm not sure that I'm doing it right.
I've lost everywhere, but my stomach and face are the most noticeable. I don't really measure anymore, but I can tell from my clothes fitting differently. Once I get back OP, I should be able to wear boots for the first time ever! My calves have thinned down a lot already.
I've mostly lost in my face, tummy, hips, butt. My arms and thighs have basically stayed the same. My coach said that when my inch loss starts to slow down, and I start losing inches from my arms and thighs I will have approx. 2 wks. til I should consider phasing off.
Ok I admit it....my boobs are going. I'm in denial...but I'm walking around with empty cups. As long as I don't "push" them up against anything and dent my bra, I can live in denial for about 10 more pounds.
