Why more meat now?
Hi all! I am back on IP after 2 years (a baby and year or so of nursing) and I've been going at it alone with my old IP materials. Well my old materials say 7oz of fish or 4oz of poultry, beef, etc. Now I'm on here and reading and seeing everyone is eating 8ozs. What gives? Why the change? Is there anyone out there that has tried IP when the directive was less than 8ozs? How does the weightloss compare? Thanks for sounding off!
