Time to get with it!
Last month was fabulous and I went from a size 14 to an 8 this weekend when I visited express to see where I was. Two weeks ago I had a business trip and I was pretty good, but could have been better. I have been making little cheats here and there since and it is so true that one cheat and you cheat more and more. So...starting today I am back to starting again 100% and I am doing this. Today I was a rabid bear and starving, but I made it. I can't wait to see where I will be by Labor Day which is right around the corner. I CAN DO THIS AND I WILL DO THIS!!
I still have this terrible fear that once I phase off at the end of this it will be tragic. Dr. Tran's book is certainly helping me with this. I am so happy I found this board! |
Good for you for getting back at it! Just remember that you are worth it!!!
I can't wait to read about your progress! :):):):):):):) |
Are you eating the free lettuce/cucumber/celery that you can have between meals? *disclaimer: my clinic lets us eat as much cucumber and celery as we would like..but all clinics are not equal...so check with your coach. Good luck, it will be ok. try to plan ahead to have things you can eat so you can take the stress out of it, & make sure to drink your water... :)

Cukes and celery are listed as free on my sheet. Isn't it funny how differently this program is implemented place to place?
|
Oh man I would love cukes and celery to be free!!!!! My coach did say when i asked him about the 2 cup veggies is that raw or cooked, he said if it was green veggies i'd be ok with it being cooked....but it's raw...
My coach was the first guy to offer it in the USA! I'll stick with what he has to say LOL. |

Celery and cucumber are definitely "free". So are alfalfa sprouts and bak choy, etc according to this site.

Great job on getting back on track.

That list is very different from the list my coach gave me. AVOCADO!!!!!! |
I wish all of the clinics would be on the same page. I would love to eat avocado, but on this same page, they limit protein to 5 oz for beef, 7 for lean chicken and fish. I love IP though... I am so encouraged. :)
