This seems so obvious but for awhile I FORGOT about having veggies as a snack. When I got hungry, I started thinking about which IP product I could have as those were my official "snacks" and I was trying to stay on plan.... however, I was so hungry, I'd grab another pudding or shake as the lowest IP instead of just miunching a pickle or two, or a celery stick. DUH!
NSV for me: I'm finally drinking all my water. At first it was so much to drink but I think I'm getting used to it. Don't feel like I "slosh" around all day now LOL
