Hi everyone. I am so excited. Had my first weigh in today after a really tough first week on IP and it worked! I lost almost 7 pounds. That's the good news, the great news is I am feeling better and more confident this week. I know it is still early so I need to be really diligent but I feel the beginnings of a thought that maybe I could actually lose the weight this time. Thanks for everyones support. 3FCOD is a God send!
