in an omelette, in recipes, in a salad (hard boiled without using the yolk),
tuna salad, egg salad, deviled eggs....lots of ways :)

Egg salad! awesome idea! I'm pumped for my WF mayo to get here now (although I did see the home made recipe that looks good, i need fast for the time being!)
