Birth Control, Unlimited Lettuce, Lemon, and WF
Hi everyone!!
It's my first day on the diet and so far I'm feeling great-- really looking forward to dropping those few extra pounds and being proud of my body for the first time ever!! I have a few questions and would so appreciate any help:
1. I've been reading about excess estrogen produced during rapid weight loss-- do I really need to use a second form of birth control? I've been on the pill for ten years with no issues. My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year but have ZERO interest in getting pregnant at this point!
2. Can I have "unlimited lettuce" at any point during the day or just at lunch and dinner time? If I'm still hungry after a bowl of lettuce, can I add some more?
3. Is lemon allowed? If so, is there an amount I should stick to? (I've heard mixed things about this issue!)
and lastly, are all WF products unlimited?
