Thank you all! It was a wonderful...but HOT day today. Lots of activity at the Ren Faire with reenactment battles, belly dancers, juggler, fire eating and so much more. I treated myself to a massage, reflexology and LOTS of water to replace the fluid lost drooling over the hot guy with the long hair fighting via horseback. (Sorry...am a sucker for a man with long hair.) My husband and oldest son joined me for a good portion of the day and had a great time. Tomorrow it will be more fun, volunteer work and SCA. Updating my picture to my linen so you can see my new tattoo.

Great job JK! The pounds are melting off! You're almost there! Maybe we can form a phase off support group with Liz and Wuv!

LOVE the tattoo! And yeah, you need to take that dress in a few inches Stitch those 44 pounds away!
Meadow-That contented smile on your face should make you a poster child for "What being down by 44 looks like." You look even more beautiful with every new pic you share. Love your new tattoo. I have hummers at my feeders all summer. Very cool little birds.

Happy birthday, Meadow! You look like you are really having fun!
Haven't had a chance to post, as I was working a booth at our local county fair. Had my WI on Wednesday, -4.8! So, Novilax worked for me (Sorry if thats TMI, I was just so happy to see the scale move after last week!)
Have a wonderful rest of your Sunday, 100% friends!
Hi All... Amazing purchase of size 4 pants and size 6 dress! OMG it is amazing...hard to wrap my brain around it 9 months since I was in 18/20s that were tight! Made it through holidays, parties, friends and family suggesting "just have a bite it won't hurt!"
Hope all who are struggling remember to take it ONE day at a time and do not get hung up on weeks or months ahead. I still have a bit more to lose as I enter Phase 3 but I know I will do it! Hang in there!

Congratulations on your amazing weight loss. IP makes what seems impossible, possible and within a short period of time! Wow, a size 4/6!!! Woohoo! Best wishes as you Phase out and start what I think will be the hardest part--maintenance.
You look amazing. I had gastric bypass 10 yrs ago and kept the weight off then turned 51 and gained 50lbs seems like over night. I went ro a Dr. who has the ideal protein diet in her office. Had to go threw blood work and a sleep study "which was ok". I guess what I'm asking has anyone having the surgery use this to take weight off they have gained? Have a great day.
Good Monday morning all, hope everyone had a great weekend! Well today it is finally not raining, although the weatherman said it will start up again tomorrow (starting to feel like a duck). I am hoping that everyone can stay 100% OP this week, it is sooooo worth it! Have a great day!
Howdy 100%ers! On the plane, bags filled with IP and okra crisps for the week of travel in Tucson...hitting up Trader Joes tonight to stock up on roasted seaweed..last week of Phase 2, then my awesome Phase 3 breakfast Saturday morning!!!
