Receiving all the new fall catalogs in the mail makes me want to stay 100 % OP.

I am so happy right now! I am down another 2.2 pounds for a total loss of 16 lbs down in 6 weeks. I am almost down to my previous low from when I stopped IP last December.

I went shopping yesterday and bought a few 'goal' dresses. If I wear spanx and suck in really, really hard I might be able to wear them.... but they'll look awesome when I am down the rest of my goal.

My new goal is to lose a total of 40 lbs this time around which will possibly make me the same size I was in my 20s...hope all the other re-starters are doing well!

Good morning everyone. This is day 5 of restart. House full of people to cook for but I am motivated to stay 100 % OP. I keep thinking of all the reasons that I want to lose this weight daughter getting married in October and my dress I am wearing to the wearing is a little tight. That should be enough motivation for me. Have a wonderful weekend. We can do this.

Good morning all. Today was WI #1 of reboot. Down four of those eight pounds and 1% body fat. I forgot to measure when I started. Using all alternative products. Yay. May even go beyond my original goal... Hmmm. Oh well, don't need to decide today. My little girl is in a rough patch and this weekend will be all about making her smile.

Hello,

The sad update: I just got TOM! After being 9 days late and believing 100% that I was finally pregnant this time, I am not. I am beyond broken hearted and filled with pain. I ate junk like there is no tomorrow and of course tomorrow I will restart IP!

I really cannot believe how I am not pregnant! It really sucks.

Gettingfitmomma 09-02-2012 10:29 PM

So sorry to hear that. I know how looking forward to being pregnant you were. Please keep your chin up and don't give in to your emotions by eating. Tomorrow start a new. Hugs to you.

Not the best start this past week. Was only on plan for 4 days but did manage to lose 2.4 pounds. Started back on plan today. I'm challenging myself from Labor Day to Thanksgiving to get the rest of this weight off and get healthy. Anyone else want to join me?

I am 100%....I should be back to my low in about 4-5 weeks, but I am going to go 5-15 pounds lower....depending on how I feel....expect to be here until Halloween, maybe Thanksgiving, depending how slow it goes.

Today is day 3, 2 VERY VERY PERFECT days in the books.

Here's to a perfect day three.

My 8's no longer fit...my 10's are good, but not loose (like I like my clothes). My goal is a nice loose 6.

Hello everybody,

Still finding it hard to stick to this diet 100%; yesterday, I started great, but after work when I arrived home, I ate peanuts, then prepared an apple pie supposed to be for my hubby, but ended up eating from it! It was the first time ever for me baking an apple pie...

Anyway, today, I am re-trying for the millionth time to restart again...

TwoTots 09-05-2012 08:55 AM

Hello all week 3 weigh in today and lost 2.5lbs. Happy!
@Sandra. I'm sorry to hear your news. I know you were really excited about being pregnant.

Hello Everyone!
I saw this thread and had to post.
I did so well last year before my wedding, not quite meeting my goal, but very very comfortable with my size. Since January 2012 I've gained about 15 Lbs. I've been on and off IP since then. Doing really well through the day at work then going home and having a few glasses of wine and not an OP dinner. The weekends were even worse :(. I have continued my exercise, which probably saved me gaining it all back!

But now I'm trying again to meet my goal weight.
I am using alternative products this time around, for now, and not seeing a coach, so I plan to check in here everyday! I forgot how great this site is for motivation and accountability!

Good Luck All!
