Default Seaweed salad at Japanese restaurant? Quick answer needed.

Need a quick answer to this one. Is seaweed salad at a Japanese restaurant ok for 100% IP? I know we can have sashimi for our protein.

Algae is on the Select veggie list, but they are usually dressed in a sesame oil...found that out after ordering it myself on Week 3. Miso soup is good

I asked the waiter at a restaurant I was at and it also had sugar in the dressing. I'd steer clear.

Thanks for your responses. I skipped the seaweed salad and had a regular salad (no dressing) and the most wonderful sashimi! The waitress even knew that each little order (two small pieces) was .7 of an ounce. This was lunch and I had 6 orders (about 4.2 oz) and had the rest of my protein at dinnertime.

It was a wonderful lunch with my daughter.
