Listerine Strips

Does anyone know of any reason why I shouldn't use Listerine Strips when on Ideal Protein Diet? I know some coaches allow certain gums and/or mints but I was wondering if anyone has heard any negatives towards the Listerine strips that dissolve on your tongue. Thanks for your input!

Are they 0 carbs, 0 fat, 0 sugar?

I can't remember if my coach told me to avoid them or count them as an extra. Fyi, she advised to limit the 'extras' to 6 or less (Splenda, stevia, walden farms, miracle noodles, gum, etc).

If you are suffering from ketosis breath drink a LOT more water than you are now to flush out the ketones through your urine rather than your breath. It will pass in the next few weeks as your body adjusts.

My coach said the listerine strips are ok and they never affected my weight loss.
