Disappointed!!

  • I just called the lady who is doing the seminar tomorrow to ask her if I would be able to sign up tomorrow and she said no, that if I really want to sign up she would make me an appt for next week.

I don't want to wait until next week. I really want to start now.

    Ok I'll quit whining!

  • Well what you can do its PREPARE your body so that you don't have serious detox issues. Cut out as many carbs as you can like no breads, pasta, those kinda things, cut out sugars, no soda's, cookies or things like that. Go to walmart get a pack of EAS carb control drinks and pure protein bars. For breakfast have a bar, lunch a shake and 2 cups of veggies with a salad, for supper have 8oz of meat, 2 cups of veggies and another salad then have another shake for your snack. This will get your body ready for the transition
  • Yeah, what Wuv said!
  • If you look in the sticky's you will find the Phase 1 protocol sheet, follow it just put the EAS shakes and pure protein bars in place of the IP foods ...I promise it will work
  • I agree too, with what Wuv said. I did low carb for 2 months before starting ID, and I credit that for making my transition so smooth. After 2 months, I had only lost 5 pounds, and felt hungry all the time.
I am much happier on this program!
  • Thats what I'll do. I'll get to the store tonight and get me some of those shakes. Thank you guys for the advice.
I love this board already!! So much support and inspiration here

    AGREED!
  • That's rough. I lucked out and found there was an intro the same night I decided to do the program....and then had the consultation the next day. I was all fired up too....waiting would have been difficult.

Hang in there. It's worth it!

You could do IP w/o the products like wuv said. I went to Walmart today and bought my favorite pure proten bars. They were out last week. I bought four boxes. I had to resist buying all six of them but a months worth is good or now.
