Breakfast: Vanilla shake with coffee
Lunch: 1 egg, 2 ew with 1/2 cup of mushrooms and 1/2 c. of zucchini
Snack: Chocolate shake with coffee
Dinner: 6 oz pork with 2 c. mixed greens 1000 dressing
Snack: butterscotch pudding shake...

Haven't made them yet, going to after the kiddos go to bed I usually have my snack an hour or two before bed, while I'm watching TV. The cappuccino mix is by Health Wise, I don't think they have it at Nashua, I get it through my local nutrition store.
Breakfast: pina colada drink
Lunch: IP Croc cheese soup W 1 cup sauteed mushrooms,peppers, and garlic
Salad with lettuce and 1 cup mixed veggies (cukes, red onion asparagus, pickles, red and green peppers)
Dinner: In a frying pan sauted 1 cup zucchini sliced thin, 1/2 c mushrooms + garlic. Then put in 8 oz of leftover pork loin. Also added some of the meat dripping from the pork. Yum!!

Snack: Not sure. Probably cheddar cheese ridges while watching a movie with
friends.
