BREKKiE: Mocha Frappuccino
LUNCH: Mama Lupes Quesadilla with Peppers and Onions, 3 oz beef
SUPPER: 5 oz fajita chicken, peppers, squash, zucchini saute
SNACK: CoCo Hazlenut Cookies!!!!!! Grape Drink

Thanks for starting this Rainbow!!

Phase 1, 1 month and 9 days

Breakfast: Vanilla shake with coffee
Lunch: 1 egg, 2 ew with 1/2 cup of mushrooms and 1/2 c. of zucchini
Snack: Chocolate shake with coffee
Dinner: 6 oz pork with 2 c. mixed greens 1000 dressing
Snack: butterscotch pudding shake...

Breakfast: Vanilla pudding "pancake" (not a super successful experiment, came out like a cross between a custard and a German puff pancake...but it tasted good!); coffee

Lunch: 2 cups zucchini, Choco Soy Puffs

Dinner: Attempting a mock shepherd's pie!

Snack: cookies made from Amaretto Cappucino mix

Roasted garlic cauliflower purée

how were the cookies??? is the amaretto cappuccino mix from nashua nutrition???

Haven't made them yet, going to after the kiddos go to bed I usually have my snack an hour or two before bed, while I'm watching TV. The cappuccino mix is by Health Wise, I don't think they have it at Nashua, I get it through my local nutrition store.

Breakfast: pina colada drink
Lunch: IP Croc cheese soup W 1 cup sauteed mushrooms,peppers, and garlic
Salad with lettuce and 1 cup mixed veggies (cukes, red onion asparagus, pickles, red and green peppers)
Dinner: In a frying pan sauted 1 cup zucchini sliced thin, 1/2 c mushrooms + garlic. Then put in 8 oz of leftover pork loin. Also added some of the meat dripping from the pork. Yum!!
1/2 c pickle
Snack: Not sure. Probably cheddar cheese ridges while watching a movie with
friends.
