Red face My first post

Hi,
This is my first post...I've been reading posts and recipes for a while now but haven't joined in till now.

Been on IP for 5 weeks and have lost 21 lbs. My weight in day is Wednesday so I'll keep my stats up to date.

The program has been easy to follow, love the pre mixed drinks ~~ plus I'm a nurse so they are quick and easy for my half hour meal break. The bars and spicy curls are great!

Looking forward to being a part of the group.

~~~one for each 5 lbs down

Thank you SO much for the warm welcome!! Will check out the other threads! What kind of nursing?? I have done it all~~no I'm a "fluff nurse" ~~ PACU outpatient surgery....fluff and puff and then send 'em home!

Been on IP since 1 month and lost 15 pounds! Very happy!
Love IP!
