I was at Fred Meyer this weekend and found a bunch of wf stuff in their diebetic section.

Hello! I'm in Renton.
I went to a consultation this afternoon and will be starting this Thursday. Any tips or advice? I'm new & these forums can be so overwhelming! Would love to know what alternatives others may be using, what has/hasn't worked for some, etc... Anyway, everyone is an inspiration & I'm looking forward to losing with all of you :) |
Hi everyone, I'm in the Shoreline/Edmonds area. I go to a clinic in Edmonds. I'm about 8 months into my journey and found out yesterday that I'm 3lbs from goal. I was EXCITED!!! :)
Happy day everyone!!! |

I think you might be confusing me with justmysize, who just found out she is three pounds from goal. (Wooooooot to you jms!) The truth is...I'm a loooooong way from goal. I could barely deal with that a few days ago, but I'm reconciled and resolute now. |

Thought I'd add my 2¢ here: I'm from Orting (close to Sumner, Bonney Lake, Graham & Puyallup/South Hill). I was going to the clinic in Lake Tapps, but I've since decided to go it alone, using this site for resources and support. I've been on IP before, but I'm restarting tomorrow. So happy to meet you all!!

I am orignally from the West Side (Snohomish) and now in Cle Elum. DH and I work in Tukwila, so long commutes. Go to a clinic in Issaquah on my way home once per week.
IP is a blessing! I am now down where I have not been in YEARS and it feels so good. I was actually called "thin" today so it is starting to be noticeable by folks. Good to see all the Washingtonians here. |

It's hard to believe, but some coaches don't really do a good job of explaining ketosis. I know mine didn't. (She's sweet, though.) Anyway, I cheated a couple of times the first 2 nights. Once I read about ketosis and keeping in ketosis, I was much more motivated to say NO to temptation! Glad you join us losers! |
