Mine started with the holidays too. Then there was never a good time. I have tried a few times to restart...to only cheat once...then twice...etc.
I really want to do this this time. I lost 50 lbs the first time so i know i can do it and that it works. I just need to get my head straight.

There is always some event going on. Glad you are back with your head around it. A good mantra for me has been that the food will be there when I am ready for it. We are worth it. We can do this. We are doing this. We deserve to be healthy. Glad you are all here. |
