need advice about phase 1
I've noticed some people have posted they did phase 1 for 3 weeks, my coach said to do it till all weight is lost. :?:

Phase 1 is until all your weight is lost.
i don't know why anyone would do it for 3 weeks unless they have very little weight to lose. |

For me it will likely be about 3 months. Phase 1 should be followed until you reach 80% of your goal.

Maybe some one was phasing off for vacation or something. Like Pat & Lonhorn said, You stay on phase 1 until you reach goal.

When I started IP, I was told to stay on Phase 1 until I reached 90% of goal, but the new Phase 1 sheet and my coach now say until 100% of goal has been reached, however long it takes.

I will probably be on Phase 1 until October or November. I was told 90% of the goal but I am seeing compelling reasons to stay on it a bit longer and go below goal a bit so that when you move on to the next Phases there is a bit of a cushion when you bounce back up a couple of pounds. I personally am thinking about changing my goal to 130 or 135...it will depend on how I feel and look when I get to the 140 mark. :)
