Just like Jennydoodle posted a while ago about vacation, I thought I would share my experience as well. I had reached my weight loss goal and transitioned to phase three. I went to phase four three days before leaving. On vacation I ate and and drank whatever I wanted while in Mexico. It is amazing how easily I was full with not alot to eat. I was doing alot of scuba diving and would just be ravenous after a dive. But, like I said could only eat so much. I was active the majority of my trip. The day after I got home I got on the scale and was up 10lbs. Yikes.

I started phase one as planned that day. After one week I lost 8lbs. Given the amount of times I had to get up in the night to use the bathroom I would say this was pretty much water weight. I then went to phase two for a week and phase three for a couple a days and am now back to phase 4. All the vacation weight is gone in addition to another lb :-) This worked for me. Will it work for everyone? Probably not. You have to know your own strengths and weakness. I was so happy that I can plan things like this in life and go back to the basics to reset my body. So, I won't stress about vacations or weddings or reunions, etc. This really is the last program I will ever need.
