I have this sick game I play and it's called: Drink another bottle before you can go pee. I do not allow myself to go to the bathroom until I have finished off my bottle of water.

I normally drink a (20 oz) bottle before going to work. Then when I get to work, I make myself drink another bottle before I can go to the bathroom. Sometimes I REALLY have to go pee so I have to chug down the water. Then I drink another one until I have to go pee again.. if it's not gone by the time I go pee then I chug it right before I go. I HAVE TO stop drinking liquids after 3pm or I'm in trouble on the way home. I leave work at 4pm and don't get home until normally 6ish. There has been times when i've almost peed my pants!! So that's a fairly new rule i've set for myself so I dont have to go through that misery.

All in all, I drink between 100-120oz of water per day.

I have a 1 liter bottle. I've found that I drink more if I don't constantly have to get up to refill a small bottle or glass. I drink 4-5 liters a day.

I have a brita pitcher at my desk too! I also dont leave the house without one of my nalgenes filled up and in my purse at all times. I also make sure that when I do drink water I drink it by the ounce. So I make sure I am getting a minimum of 16oz each time I drink water. I have also found that extra water is semi-helpful in curbing the cravings!

I have a few 32 ounce water bottles and one 40 ounce. I fill them through out the day and night and get in my water that way.

I drink more water when i drink cold water from a straw. I also use Mio and herbal tea. I have tried bubbly water too made from my soda stream. I was a huge soda drinker so sometimes i just need the carbonation.

Yeah, my hydration was almost a +7 at my initial weigh-in. It has steadily declined each week and is now a +2.5, but my coach said as long as it is above +1 that is great. I am still drinking the same as I did before (which was a lot), I guess my body is just using the excess to flush itself out!!!

Ya know I have not had a problem drinking water. I dont even use flavorings... It's probably just me, but i love water. I think i even drink more than I need. I find myself always thirsty and interesting that so many have a time trying to get it all in... Funny how much alike our bodies are but yet sooo dif. too.
