Yeah, my hydration was almost a +7 at my initial weigh-in. It has steadily declined each week and is now a +2.5, but my coach said as long as it is above +1 that is great. I am still drinking the same as I did before (which was a lot), I guess my body is just using the excess to flush itself out!!!
