Tummy is bad too but can easily be covered.

Hello there,

You mentioned you have extra skin, but in your picture, I see you look perfect! I can't wait to see you in person :)

The 100% Argan oil hydrates, nourishes, regenerates, protects, and smooths the skin of your face and body.

could I add Knox (flavorless jello powder with no other ingredients) to my shakes and stuff to increase my collagen intake or is that not the same kind?

I would be interested to know this too. Great idea.

Does anyone know if lotions really help? Or is it better from the inside out?

Scientifically speaking, lotions cannot restore the elasticity of your skin topically. Some might create a temporary effect, but it won't actually "fix" the skin. Your body will reabsorb/slough off some of it, which can take up to a year after rapid weight loss, and toning the muscles underneath will help give the appearance of tighter skin. Beyond that, if after a year there are still areas that bother you with loose skin, you'd probably have to look into surgical options if you wanted it fixed.
