Default What to try IProtein but then I can't zumba

Hi,
I went to a clinic and everything about Ideal Protein sounded great but the fact you cant workout is something Im not willing to give up. Its not that im a workout hound but i do take a mile walk at break time to clear my head at work twice a day. I try to do Zumba at least twice a week and my dog needs to get fast pace run or she'll dig or eat my shoes.

Is anyone doing ideal protein and working out during the 1 phase? or can anyone suggest an alternate diet that will give fast results like this one. The doctor told me I cant workout because i would end up burning muscle and thats not good.

Thank you

I have worked out since day 2 on the program....
Because it is such a low calorie diet, they really want you to be careful. If you have been working out since before the diet, you will be fine!
I took it easy (lite cardio only) for the first 4 weeks. After that I went full blast (cardio). The last 4 weeks on the program I have been rung 3.5-5 miles a day plus walking my puppy twice a day!
You will be fine!Just watch yourself and don't overdo it right away!

I gave it 2 weeks. I'm back on my heavy work out regime with great results.

I never stopped. Just got home from Zumba. The first week you may find you are more sore and tired, but that never stopped me!

On the days you workout you will want to have 4 IP packets instead of 3 as your body will need the extra calories that day due to the workout.
